“Brian listened to what we wanted and made our dream come to life. He explained every process and got back to us quickly with any of our questions. Everyone who worked in our house was polite, neat, and punctual. We received an email at least weekly outlining what to expect for the week. Towards the end of the project, we had a slight problem with the washing machine. Brian was called, came to check it out and then stayed to do a load of laundry to be sure and even folded it! Losing the use of your kitchen is stressful, but Brian made the process very tolerable.”
