Screened Porches Add Living Space, Value to Your Home

Expanding a home’s outdoor living space adds value and great curb appeal, but sometimes it can be aesthetically difficult to achieve when renovating a historic home located within a small footprint. This sturdy brick home, built in the 1930s in Indianapolis’ Meridian Kessler neighborhood, presented an interesting challenge for Central Construction Group to reconstruct the existing back porch and enhance it with better functionality.
