CCG Celebrates 10 Years and Counting — Thanks Indy!

By Brian Oltmanns, President/Owner of Central Construction Group

Wow! I can’t believe it’s been a whole decade since I opened the doors of my Indianapolis home renovation company, Central Construction Group, Inc. If you recall, we were in the midst of a recession in 2009, so some folks may have questioned my sanity at the time. But I didn’t let that dissuade me. I can be stubborn like that.

As a Purdue University graduate with a degree in Building Construction Management, I dreamed of redefining the Central Indiana home remodeling market by meeting the demand for high-quality design while also delivering personalized customer service. Thanks to all of you — our CCG clients in Indianapolis and surrounding areas — I’m living that dream every day.

The home remodeling and residential construction industry certainly comes with its own challenges, especially when working on historic homes or building new construction from the ground up, but I believe the blood, sweat and tears my team and I pour into every project makes it worth the hard work. Every positive review we receive and each satisfied homeowner enjoying their improved living space inspires my passion for home improvement.

Ten years may not seem that noteworthy in the grand scheme of things, but it’s definitely worth celebrating all of our valued clients, who’ve invited the CCG team into their homes and trusted us to deliver quality design and premium craftsmanship for their home renovation project. We wouldn’t be where we are today without you.

Thanks for making CCG feel like a “10” on the general contractor scale, and cheers to many more decades of ensuring our clients love coming home!

Here are a few of our projects from over the years. Enjoy!
