Bathroom Renovation Washes Away the Old and Brightens Anew

Is your bathroom outdated or dysfunctional? Wash your worries away with a professional bathroom renovation to brighten up your inner sanctuary. Let the experts at Central Construction Group (CCG), a premiere Indianapolis home remodeler, create the custom bathroom of your dreams.

Indianapolis Designer Adam Gibson recently flushed out a plan for a Zionsville homeowner who wanted to ditch their pink walls, closed-off shower, and bulky step-up jacuzzi for something more modern and sleek. Teaming up with Central Construction Group to make this design into reality is just what they did.

Tapping Into Style: New Fixtures Add a Touch of Class

A custom double vanity with flat slab doors and drawers replaced previously separated sinks. MSI quartz countertops in the color New Carrara Marmi topped the wood-stained vanity, bringing in natural elements that offered a stark contrast to the bright white walls.

Kohler verticyl sinks created a crisp, clean look while Delta vero widespread faucets established texture and visual interest.

Sophisticated Showers: Glass Doors Create Modern Vibe

Custom glass floor-to-ceiling shower doors replaced once closed-off walls. A 2022 design trend, all-glass shower enclosures are not only easy to maintain, but they offer a minimalistic appearance with smooth transparency and clean lines.

Inside the shower, workers installed 12×24 tiles, along with a fixed Delta shower head featuring a hand-held sliding bar. Builders floated the entire bathroom floor to the shower drain, making installation easier with fewer tile cuts. Measuring 8×47, the wood-style porcelain floor tiles created an open, airy feel.

A new toilet and bidet were installed inside the existing water closet.

Soaking It All In: Luxurious Bath Tub Provides Relaxing Respite

Nothing beats a warm bubble bath after a long day. Deep, free-standing bathtubs are gaining popularity, often replacing older tub/shower combinations.

In this case, removing the step-up jacuzzi and its enclosure further enhanced the open concept. The geometric shape of the new 67” acrylic soaking tub complimented the bathroom’s modern upgrades.

To accessorize a free-standing soaker tub, and provide stylish storage, try a bath tray for easy access to sweet-smelling soaps or to hold a much-needed glass of wine.

Don’t let your dreams of a functional, stylish bathroom go down the drain. Call CCG at (317) 213-6246 and let our team of professionals help create your ideal space.
